Role and Responsibilities
- Appear in litigation matters before the Delhi High Court.
- Handle matters before the Supreme Court of India and various tribunals.
- Work on arbitration matters, including drafting and proceedings.
- Undertake corporate drafting, including agreements, notices, and legal documentation.
Eligibility
1–2 years of litigation experience.
