Details of the Job/Internship
LEAD LAW LAW OFFICES is hiring an Associate to join their non-litigious office in the Uttarpara area of Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft legal documents.
- Assist with transactions.
- Attend meetings with clients, primarily in the infrastructure and banking law sectors.
Eligibility
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools and databases such as Manupatra.
- Familiarity with the Indian legal system and laws.
- Fresh law graduates or those slated to complete their law in 2025 will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Additional certification and enrolment in courses such as Company Secretaryship will be a plus.
Salary/Stipend
