Lead Law Law Offices, Advocates is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• As an Associate, you will be responsible for tasks related to drafting of transaction documents involving banking and finance laws, project finance, and property laws.
• You will work closely with the legal team to provide sound legal advice, conduct research, and drafting of loan and securities issuance documents.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of commercial litigation, banking and finance laws.
• Experience in project finance and debt capital markets.
• Ability to navigate property laws of Maharashtra effectivel.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience in handling legal matters in a law firm setting.
• Prior drafting.
• Experience of loan and security documents will be given preference.

Salary/Stipend
