Legal Partners (MLP) is hiring Associate with the experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Trademark Searches and Opinion.
- Managing and Maintaining IP Filing, renewals & Prosecution of Trademark Applications, and providing legal opinion on Trademark matters.
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating client trademark portfolio.
- Ability to handle client queries on IP Practices in India and draft legal opinions.
- Ability to prepare Notice of Opposition, Counter-Statement/Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification, Notices, and Rejoinders.
- Attend show cause hearings at the Trademark Registry.
Eligibility
- PQE-: 1-2 Years.
- EDUCATION: LLB (3 years or 5 years)/ LLM.
