Details of the Job/Internship
Legalist is hiring an Associate for a full-time hybrid role based in Noida. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal documents, and providing counsel to clients. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on legal developments, coordinating with the team, and assisting clients in understanding and resolving their legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
- Provide legal counsel to clients.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments.
- Coordinate with the internal team.
- Assist clients in understanding and resolving legal matters.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in legal research, legal drafting, and document review.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and litigation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage responsibilities both remotely and in office.
- A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent), with relevant experience preferred.
- Bar Council registration and membership will be an added advantage.
