Details of the Job/Internship

Legasis Private Limited is hiring for the position of Associate with experience of 1+ years to join their Pune office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinating with users and Secondee Company management for the day-to-day functioning of and activities relating to Legatrix and all the applicable statutory and regulatory compliances mapped therein, on behalf of the Secondee Company.
• Resolve queries raised with respect to Legatrix during the period of secondment.
• Periodic analysis of compliance status and extracting reports generated from the system.
• Review of implementation of corrective action(s) and preventive action(s) provided by Function heads/process owners for deviations, if any.
• To do follow-ups with stakeholders of Secondee Company for completion of reporting of compliance status on Legatrix. This may involve personal interactions with the people in the units.
• Collating compliance certificates from business units/teams and preparing consolidated compliance report and dashboards for Compliance officer and process owners.
• Disseminating relevant regulatory updates periodically. Also, the flash updates whenever there is an amendment in the existing regulation and a new regulation is introduced.
• Gathering knowledge on industry best practices on compliance management process.
• Preparation of Compliance review meeting presentation.
• Providing training on compliance tools.
• Such other works may be decided by the Legatrix Project Manager/ Chief Compliance Head/ Chief Compliance Officer of the Secondee Company.
• The secondee will also be responsible for coordinating between Secondee Company and Legasis for any issues concerning Legatrix.
• The Secondee will work during designated working days and hours of the Secondee Company.
