Details of the Job/Internship

Legasis Private Limited is hiring an Associate-Legal to join their Pune office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scanning through the internet to identify the recent changes in law, in India and globally.
• Preparing and training team on preparation of amendment alerts and doing their detailed Quality Check
• Preparing and training team on preparation of compliance task list and doing their detailed Quality Check
• Accountable for quality content, delivery, and support to clients
• Reporting reasons for delays or deficiencies as reported by the Client and proactively responding to complaints, including providing solutions, to ensure customer centricity. Attending to review/governance calls, preparing and maintenance of SOPs, minutes of meetings, and actionable and timely reporting to the Team Head/Client in a time-bound and transparent manner.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years. of exposure to Indian and foreign laws Strong research skills.
• Attitude to work dynamically in an ever-evolving environment and backed by solid people management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical audiences located globally.

Salary/Stipend
