Lex Arjava is hiring an Associate – Litigation with 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle matters related to Section 138 cases, Execution Petitions, Arbitrations, Commercial Suits, Civil Recoveries, Summary Suits, Criminal Complaints, and Tribunals.
- Manage procedural formalities efficiently.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with PQE of 2 years.
- Knowledge of litigation procedures preferred.
