Lex Mantis is hiring an Associate and a Junior Associate with 1–3 years of experience in IP and contract management to join their Mumbai office immediately.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on intellectual property matters including drafting, filing, prosecution, oppositions, and assignments.
• Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements.
• Provide advisory and legal opinions on various matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Associate: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Associate: 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Enrolment with the Mumbai Bar Council.

Salary/Stipend
