Lexicon Law Partners is hiring Associates with experience of to 3 to 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.

• No of Positions: 3.

Eligibility

• Analysing land & revenue documents, organizing searches and drafting title reports.
• Sound knowledge of Laws relating land & revenue documents, tenure specific laws & schemes, testamentary, and related legislations.
• Drafting title investigation reports, deeds & documents such as Conveyance, Sale Deeds, Deeds of Release and Transfer, Leases and Leave & License and such other closing documents concerning the development of immovable properties.
• Language proficiency in Marathi is essential.
• Ability to work in a team and individually.
•  Keenness to learn and share knowledge.
• Previous law firm experience is desired.

Salary/Stipend
