LexLeo Advocates & Consultants is hiring an Associate for its Non-Litigation team to join its office at Jayanagar, Bangalore. The role involves handling non-litigation matters relating to real estate laws, intellectual property rights laws, POSH at the workplace, and contractual laws.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle non-litigation legal matters.
- Work on real estate transactions, including drafting and registration.
- Assist with matters relating to intellectual property rights laws.
- Handle POSH at workplace-related work.
- Draft, review, and assist with contractual laws and related documentation.
Eligibility
- 6 months to 1 year of post-qualification experience in real estate transactions involving drafting and registration, or experience in POSH at the workplace.
- Ability to read and write Kannada.
