Details of the Job/Internship

Lex Leo & Co. is hiring an Associate for its Non-Litigation Team with 0–1 year of PQE to join their office in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. The role involves handling real estate transactions, contract drafting, and advisory on laws such as IPR, POSH, and contractual matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and assist in registration of real estate transaction documents.
• Provide advisory support in real estate laws, IPR laws, POSH, and contractual laws.
• Support the non-litigation team in client servicing and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for documentation and registrations.

Eligibility

• 0–1 year PQE.
• Experience in real estate transactions (drafting and registration).
• Ability to read and write Kannada.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
