Details of the Job/Internship

Lit Legal is hiring an Associate (0–3 years PQE) to join its litigation team in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in IP litigation, NI Act cases, and property disputes.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research using tools like SCC Online.
• Appear and assist in court proceedings.

Eligibility

• 0–3 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
