Details of the Job/Internship
LitLegal is hiring an Associate for its Prosecution & Opposition Team with 6 months to 1 year of PQE.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and file trademark applications and responses.
- Handle examination reports and prosecution matters.
- Prepare and manage trademark opposition pleadings and related documents.
- Coordinate with clients and the Trademark Registry.
- Assist in managing deadlines and procedural compliances.
Eligibility
- 6 months to 1 year of PQE.
- Strong understanding of trademark prosecution and opposition procedures.
- Good drafting and analytical skills.
