Details of the Job/Internship
M-A-Y-Lawyers LLP is hiring for the position of Associate to join their office in Kanpur Nagar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing case notes, opinions, and reports.
- Draft legal documents including contracts, notices, and legal correspondence.
- Support client meetings, hearings, and internal discussions.
- Provide administrative and paralegal assistance to Advocates and other professionals.
- Stay updated on developments in corporate law and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or currently pursuing final year.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork capabilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced legal setting.
