M. C. Kochhar & Associates is hiring an Associate with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience to join their office in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
• Assist in handling matters before the Supreme Court, High Court, NCDRC, CAT, and District Courts.
• Work closely with seniors on civil suits and arbitrations.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 0–1 year of PQE.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• Sound knowledge of civil procedure and arbitration basics.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Commitment to work with the firm for a minimum of 1 year.
