Madaan Law Offices is looking for candidate for the position of Associate.

Role and Responsibilities

• As an Associate at Madaan Law Offices, you will be responsible for assisting in litigation and arbitration matters, drafting relevant documentation, and conducting legal research.
• You will also interact with clients, attend court proceedings, and provide legal opinions.

Eligibility

• Good understanding of civil, commercial, and corporate laws
• Experience in litigation and arbitration matters
• Experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law
• Excellent research and drafting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
• Admission to the Bar Council of India is a plus

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
