Madaan Law Offices is hiring Associates with experience of 2+ years to join their Dispute Resolution practice in New Delhi. The role involves handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, company law, and commercial disputes before various forums.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
• Assist in matters relating to company law and commercial disputes.
• Support dispute resolution matters before various forums.
• Conduct legal research and drafting related to litigation matters.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in litigation.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Sound understanding of insolvency and corporate laws.

Salary/Stipend
