Madaan Law Offices is hiring an Associate (Litigation – Insolvency & Company Laws) with 2+ years of experience to join their Dispute Resolution team in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters under IBC, Company Law, and commercial laws.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Appear before tribunals and other judicial fora as required.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of insolvency and corporate laws.
