Details of the Job/Internship

Madaan Law Offices (“Firm”) is looking to hire 2 Associates with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to join their dispute resolution team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, Supreme Court, and other forums.
• Assist in litigation strategy and client coordination.
• Engage in dispute resolution and settlement processes.

Eligibility

• 3+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation and insolvency law;
• Strong legal research and drafting capabilities;
• Familiarity with IBC, Companies Act, and allied commercial laws.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
