Details of the Job/Internship

Madnani & Co. is hiring an Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their on-site office in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and analysis.
• Drafting petitions, applications, and legal documentation.
• Assisting in litigation matters.
• Appearing before courts, tribunals, and forums in Rajasthan.
• Supporting dispute resolution, corporate law, and compliance matters.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• Competency in litigation and court presentations.
• Knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur.
• LL.B. or equivalent degree.
• LL.M. is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience.

Salary/Stipend
