Details of the Job/Internship

Mahesh Y.L & Associates is hiring an Associate (1–2 years of experience) to join their Criminal & Civil Litigation practice in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle criminal and civil litigation, including property disputes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Appear before trial courts, the High Court of Karnataka, and rural courts.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with at least 1 year of litigation experience.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding Kannada (mandatory).
• Strong drafting and research skills.

Salary/Stipend

₹30,000+ per month
