Details of the Job/Internship
Mansukhlal Hiralal & Co. is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in real estate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage real estate-related legal matters, including conducting title due diligence.
- Review and draft various property-related agreements such as Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, and Development Agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local land laws and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and provide advisory services on complex property transactions.
- Participate in documentation processes and ensure legal risks are effectively mitigated.
- Assist senior lawyers in case management and strategic legal planning for real estate disputes or acquisitions.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) specifically in Real Estate practice.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in drafting and vetting real estate documentation.
- Competencies: Demonstrated ability to manage professional responsibilities and a drive for professional growth.
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (LLB).
