Details of the Job/Internship

Mason & Associates Advocates is hiring for the position of Associate with experience of 4 to 5 years for their IP Litigation team. Their office is situated in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• Experience: Should have a minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification experience, showcasing a track record of handling diverse aspects within the Intellectual Property realm.
• IP Litigation Experience: Should have experience in Intellectual Property litigation. This means they should be familiar with the legal processes and procedures involved in handling disputes related to intellectual property, including issues like infringement, validity, and enforcement.
• Procedural Aspects: Should be well-versed in the procedural aspects of IP litigation. This includes a deep understanding of the legal procedures, rules, and regulations governing IP litigation cases. This could involve court procedures, filing requirements, deadlines, and other legal processes specific to intellectual property disputes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are imperative. Candidates should be adept at articulating complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner, both internally and externally.
• Client Interaction: The role may involve direct client interaction. Therefore, candidates should possess the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their legal needs with professionalism and expertise.
