Details of the Job/Internship

Mavent Restructuring Services is hiring an Insolvency Associate (1–2 years experience) for a full-time on-site role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in turnaround, restructuring, and insolvency assignments.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports.
• Manage legal documentation related to insolvency and liquidation.
• Support NCLT matters, hearings, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Eligibility

• CS, CA, or Law Graduate.
• 1–2 years of experience (2–4 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of insolvency, restructuring, and bankruptcy processes.
• Good financial analysis and report preparation skills.
• Proficiency in legal documentation and court/NCLT processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
