MB Jain & Partners is hiring two Associates for its Mumbai office. The role involves active drafting, research, court appearances, filings, and matter coordination. This is a litigation-focused position requiring immediate joining.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Appear before courts and assist in filings.
• Coordinate legal matters and case-related activities.

Eligibility

• Enrolled Advocate currently residing in Mumbai (applications from non-Mumbai candidates will not be considered).
• 0–1 year of experience.
• Immediate joining required.
• Candidates seeking non-litigation profiles should not apply.

Salary/Stipend
