Details of the Job/Internship
MD&T Partners is hiring an Associate with experience of 0–1 year of experience to join their corporate office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, rules, regulations, and precedents, and draft notes, summaries, and opinions.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, notices, policies, and other legal documents.
- Support in-house legal teams, liaise with clients, and interface with people across all levels.
Eligibility
- Qualification: B.A.LLB / B.SC.LLB / B.B.M.LLB / LLM.
- Experience: 0–1 year.
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and legal research tools.
- Selection subject to interview and a minimum one-month assessment internship.
