Details of the Job/Internship

Mentem Legal is hiring Associates and Senior Associates with 1-2 years of experience to join their Bangalore office.

Role and Responsibilities

Advise clients on corporate and commercial transactions.
Conduct detailed legal research and analysis.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and legal documents.
Lead due diligence exercises and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage client relationships and provide strategic advisory services.
Stay current with evolving legal and regulatory frameworks.

Eligibility

LLB from a recognized Indian university.
1-2 years of experience at a law firm or in-house legal team.
Strong expertise in corporate & commercial laws, privacy & data protection, and labor & employment.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and advisory skills.
Strong client communication and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
