Details of the Job/Internship
Meridian Law Chambers is hiring an Associate to join their office in Jammu & Kashmir. The role involves handling litigation and dispute resolution matters, providing legal advisory services, conducting research, and representing clients before courts and tribunals.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Provide legal advisory services.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Represent clients before courts and tribunals.
- Assist with due diligence, documentation, and project finance.
- Support high-stakes arbitration cases.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Strong litigation and dispute resolution skills.
- Experience in legal advisory services and research.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and documentation.
- Knowledge of project finance and due diligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in high-stakes arbitration cases is a plus.
