Details of the Job/Internship

Meridian Law Chambers is hiring an Associate to join their office in Jammu & Kashmir.

Role and Responsibilities

The Associate will be responsible for supporting senior attorneys in litigation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing advisory services to clients. The role may also involve representing clients in court proceedings and arbitrations, as well as assisting in due diligence processes and project finance matters.

Eligibility

• Litigation, Legal Research, and Drafting skills.
• Experience in providing legal advisory services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Indian laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Previous experience in infrastructure or construction law is a plus.
