Details of the Job/Internship
Mind Legal Advocates and Consultants is hiring an Associate with experience of fresh law graduates or final year students to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in handling a mix of corporate and commercial matters across various sectors.
- Conduct extensive legal research on statutes, regulations, and case laws.
- Participate in the drafting of legal documents, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Support senior associates and partners in case preparation for court hearings and consultations.
- Manage documentation and maintain case records for high-impact legal matters.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on changes in corporate and commercial legal frameworks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient delivery of legal services to clients.
Eligibility
- Fresh Law Graduates (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Final year Law Students (eligible for PPOs).
- Keen interest in specialized corporate and commercial legal work.
- Eager to learn, grow, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
