Mitul Desai & Associates is hiring an Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad. The position involves assisting with legal documentation, research, drafting, client coordination and supporting senior legal practitioners while ensuring timely completion of legal assignments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal documentation and drafting.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Liaise with clients and attend client meetings.
- Provide administrative support to senior legal practitioners.
- Manage legal projects and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in law from a recognised institution.
- Proficiency in legal research, case analysis and document review.
- Strong drafting, editing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage client communication and work collaboratively with teams.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, with familiarity with the local legal framework preferred.
- Prior experience in legal practice or internships is advantageous.
- Freshers with a strong interest in litigation are encouraged to apply.
