Details of the Job/Internship
MRM Legal is hiring an Associate for a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Provide detailed analysis of complex legal matters.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and in arbitration proceedings.
- Offer strategic guidance and counsel on diverse legal issues.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and drafting of pleadings.
- Strong knowledge of litigation, arbitration, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in drafting contracts and business transaction agreements.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Familiarity with court procedures and legal proceedings in India.
- Ability to manage complex legal cases effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); an LLM is a plus.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Bar Council enrollment and eligibility to practice law in India.
