Details of the Job/Internship
MRM Legal is hiring an Associate to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing case strategies, and representing clients in court.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Prepare case strategies.
- Represent clients in court.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys.
- Attend client meetings.
- Stay updated with legal developments and regulations.
Eligibility
- Experience in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
- Skills in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
- Ability to develop case strategies and represent clients in court.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of the Indian legal system and relevant case laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; LL.M is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a legal firm or chamber is beneficial.
