It has extensive experience before the Supreme Court, Bombay High Court, NCLT, DRT, and DRAT. The firm specialises in civil litigation, arbitration, media and entertainment law, and family law matters.
Details of the Job/Internship
M.S. Bodhanwalla & Co. is hiring an Associate with 0–2 years of PQE to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analyse complex legal issues.
- Assist in litigation and arbitration proceedings.
- Represent clients before courts and tribunals.
- Prepare legal arguments and case strategies.
- Handle multiple matters and adhere to deadlines.
Eligibility
- 0–2 years’ PQE with demonstrable work experience or relevant course credits aligned with the firm’s practice areas.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- BLS, LL.B or equivalent 5-year dual degree from Government Law College, Mumbai, ILS Law College, Pune, or a top-tier NLU.
- Candidates from private law schools or other institutions will not be considered.
- The candidate should be based in and residing in Mumbai.
