Details of the Job/Internship
MV Kini Law Firm is hiring an Associate with 3–5 years of PQE to join their litigation team at Srinagar District Courts of Budgam, subordinate courts, and the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients before District Courts, Subordinate Courts, and the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Draft pleadings, legal documents, and submissions.
- Argue matters effectively across practice areas.
- Handle litigation matters in real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed college/university.
- Enrolled with any State Bar Council as an advocate.
- 3–5 years of PQE.
- Strong command of English.
- Excellent drafting and arguing skills.
