Details of the Job/Internship

MVS Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate to join their office.

• Position​: 1
• Location: Delhi
• Qualification: Law Professional
• Post Qualification Experience: 3 to 6 Months and above in IP Litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

•  The candidate should be able to assist in drafting, Preparing and arguments in IP matters before various courts.
• The candidate should be able to appear independently before various courts.
• The candidate should be able to assist in filing Trademark, design, and copyright applications, respond to office action, attend hearings at IP offices, and handle contested proceedings like oppositions, rectifications, etc.  
• The candidate should be able to Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, write up, etc

Eligibility

• The Candidate must possess a background in Intellectual Property Litigation and Prosecution work, as well as a familiarity with trademark enforcement.
•  The candidate must be proficient in writing and/or legal research abilities.
• The Candidate must possess a high level of written and legal research proficiency.
