MVS Legal is hiring for the position of Associate with a minimum experience of 6 months in IPR Litigation.

Role and Responsibilities
- Ability to handle matters independently prosecution pertaining to Intellectual property (IP) and litigation, appear in various courts and assist in drafting, and client management.
- Prosecution - independently files trademark, design and copyright applications, responds to office action, attends hearings at IP offices, and handles contented proceedings like oppositions, rectifications etc.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have an experience in IPR.
- The candidate is required to have sound knowledge of both substantive as well as procedural IP laws.
- Candidates should have excellent research and analytical skills.
