My Legal Partners is hiring an Associate – IP Litigation with 1–3 years of experience to join their office at WZ-32N, First Floor, Sharda Puri, New Delhi, Delhi 110015 (Nearest Metro Station: Ramesh Nagar, Landmark: Radheshyam Mandir). The role involves handling IP litigation matters, drafting legal documents, ensuring court compliances, and assisting in hearings and client interactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft plaints, applications, written statements, oppositions, and replies.
- Ensure compliance with procedural and court requirements.
- Assist in court hearings and client interactions.
- Conduct legal research and support litigation strategy.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized institute.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in Intellectual Property litigation.
- Strong skills in drafting plaints, applications, written statements, and other legal documents.
- Knowledge of procedural compliance and court practice.
- Proficiency in legal research.
