Details of the Job/Internship
MZM Legal LLP is hiring for the position of Associate with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in courts and tribunals across civil, commercial, and criminal matters.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Draft and review pleadings, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Advise clients on litigation risk, regulatory matters, and dispute resolution pathways.
- Collaborate with cross-fu.nctional legal teams on multi-jurisdictional and high-value matters.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in a reputed law firm or chamber.
- Proven ability to handle complex litigation and arbitration matters.
- Strong command of legal drafting, research, and advocacy.
- Excellent communication skills — both oral and written.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage case teams.
- Expertise in white-collar crime, corporate litigation, or international arbitration is highly desirable.
- LLB from a recognized university with a solid academic record.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
