Naik Naik & Company is expanding and hiring Senior Associates with 4+ years of experience in Dispute and IPR Litigation, as well as a Principal Associate with 7+ years of experience in IPR Litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Represent clients in IPR litigation.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to disputes and intellectual property.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients.

Eligibility

• Senior Associate: Minimum 4+ years of PQE in Dispute or IPR Litigation.
• Principal Associate: Minimum 7+ years of PQE in IPR Litigation.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
