Details of the Job/Internship
Neeti Legal is hiring an Associate to join its team in CR Park, New Delhi. This role is designed for individuals who have completed or are nearing the completion of their LL.B.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex civil and criminal matters.
- Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, legal opinions, statutory notices, and petitions.
- Manage and systematically review case files and documentation to ensure procedural readiness.
- Assist senior team members in preparing for litigation hearings and advisory consultations.
- Utilize legal research databases to find relevant precedents and legislative updates.
- Monitor court listings and ensure all filings are compliant with court rules.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline case handling and strategy.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (5-year or 3-year) completed or nearing completion (final-year students).
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and specialized legal research databases (e.g., SCC Online, Manupatra).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
