Details of the Job/Internship

Nikhil Chawla and Associates is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification litigation experience to join their Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents and petitions.
• Conduct legal research and draft opinions.
• Assist in litigation, arbitration, and client advisory.
• Support court appearances and coordinate with senior counsels.
• Manage case files and hearing schedules.

Eligibility

• 1-2 years PQE in litigation.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in IP, commercial disputes, or media law.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
