Details of the Job/Internship

NITES LEGAL is hiring an Associate with 1 to 3 years of post-enrolment experience to manage and conduct cases independently in Labour, Civil, and Criminal Courts in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently manage and conduct cases across labour, criminal, and civil courts.
• Draft and file complaints, suits, petitions, applications, appeals, and other pleadings.
• Prepare interim applications such as injunctions, stay petitions, and anticipatory bail.
• Attend court hearings and coordinate with clients and senior advocates.
• Maintain case diaries, cause lists, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Research case laws and assist in strategic planning.

Eligibility

• Enrolled with the Bar Council of the State.
• 1 to 3 years of post-enrolment practice experience.
• Proven experience in labour court, criminal, and civil litigation.
• Proficient in court procedures and drafting pleadings.
