Role and Responsibilities
- Representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Court, and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in commercial cases, with occasional involvement in civil and public law matters.
- Conducting thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Drafting various legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, briefs, and motions.
- Assisting senior lawyers in case analysis, preparation, and court proceedings.
- Providing strategic advice to clients on litigation matters, including risk assessment and potential outcomes.
- Managing case files, documentation, and deadlines efficiently.
- Attending court hearings, conferences, and meetings with clients and opposing counsel.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
- Keeping abreast of legal developments, case law, and procedural rules relevant to the practice areas.
