Details of the Job/Internship
NMS & Company is hiring for the position of associate with 3-4 years of experience to join their New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Expert in legal drafting.
- Have experience in representing clients in Supreme Court and High Court.
- Have prior experience in Civil, Commercial, IBC, Company Law, Arbitration (Domestic as well as International) Intellectual Property, etc.
Eligibility
- Associate - 3 to 5 years.
- Qualification: LLB / B.B.A.LL.B / LL.M.
