Details of the Job/Internship
Nyaayam Associates is looking for an associate for their Delhi office with a post-qualification experience of 1 to 3 years.
Role and Responsibilities
- The work will involve drafting, researching, briefing & assisting in hearings, primarily before various High Courts, Securities Appellate Tribunal, NCLT, consumer forums, other Tribunals, and the Supreme Court including strategizing about various civil/commercial matters across the country.
- The work may also include drafting, reviewing, negotiating and vetting agreements.
Eligibility
- The candidate must be enrolled as an advocate in Delhi and proficient in drafting and research.
- Experience in civil and commercial litigation will be preferable.
- PQE of 1 to 3 years.
