Details of the Job/Internship
NYOM Legal is hiring an Associate to join their office in Delhi. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting documents, advising clients, and representing them in legal proceedings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings.
- Liaise with clients and prepare case files.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Strong skills in legal research and drafting.
- Experience in client liaison and representation in legal proceedings.
- Knowledge of Corporate & Commercial Law, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Contracts & Compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Relevant law firm experience is an added advantage.
