Shashank Dixit is hiring for the position of an Associate with 1 to 3 years of experience to join his office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Primary area of practice is Litigation before High Court of Delhi and CAT, Delhi.
- The work profile also includes drafting of Opinions, Replies, Writs, LPAs, Applications/Petitions U/s 09, 34 & 37 of A&C Act etc.
Eligibility
- Associate with PQE 1-3 years.
- Preference is given to those who have already worked with a Counsel representing UOI and/or other Govt Departments.
