The Office of Sujoy Mukherji is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join its Transactions / Non-Litigation practice in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
- Assisting in transactional and non-litigation matters.
- Supporting general commercial advisory work.
- Working from a client’s office under a secondment arrangement.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in contract drafting and review.
- Exposure to IPR, media law, or commercial transactions is preferred.
Salary/Stipend
₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (negotiable).
